Sports, Health & Physical Education is a dedicated educational platform created to provide free and easy access to quality Physical Education learning resources for students, teachers, and sports enthusiasts.

Our mission is to support students from Class 6th to Class 12th, as well as those studying in colleges and universities, by providing comprehensive study materials, notes, textbooks, previous years' question papers, sample papers, MCQs, practical resources, and examination guidance. The website covers content from the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), CBSE, and various higher education institutions.

We understand that many schools, especially in rural and underserved areas, may not have dedicated Physical Education or Sports teachers. Through this platform, we aim to bridge that gap by making reliable educational resources available to every learner, regardless of their location or background.
